Service scope
REPDesign provides consultancy, software development, technical architecture, cloud and DevOps, integrations, apps, maintenance, and related services.
Service contracts
Commercial terms, deliverables, payment, timelines, ownership transfers, support, and acceptance criteria are governed by proposals, statements of work, or written agreements.
Acceptable use
Users must not use the website, apps, or services for unauthorized access, system disruption, legal violations, or intellectual property infringement.
No public accounts
The v1 public website does not provide user accounts, community publishing areas, or open content submission.
Intellectual property
REPDesign owns the website content, brand assets, visual assets, and pre-existing materials. Client deliverable ownership follows each contract.
Third-party platforms
Meta, WhatsApp, hosting, cloud, and other external platforms may apply their own terms, policies, and technical limits.
Warranties
Services are provided according to applicable contracts. Public website information is provided as-is.
Liability
REPDesign liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and by the applicable service contract.
Suspension
REPDesign may suspend access to apps or services for misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Brazil, with venue in Paraná, Brazil, unless a signed contract defines a different rule.
